Deanston Cooper’s client is a leading regional main contractor has a current requirement for an experienced Site Manager. Initial project will be a small scale social housing development in North Ayrshire and an immediate start can be provided.

 

Applications are welcome from candidates from either a degree qualified or trades background, who have gained experience working at Site Manager level on either social housing or private housing projects. You will be motivated, dynamic and commercially aware, with an acute awareness of what needs to be achieved to bring projects in on time and on budget. You should have SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid.
