IT Manager / Group Head of Internal IT - My client in the gaming and gambling sector is recruiting for a IT Manager / Group Head of Internal IT to lead a team of 15 support staff. The IT Manager will have responsibility for a team based predominately in South West London but the client has multiple sites across the UK so there is some travel involved. A strong technical understanding of networks and communication infrastructure is highly desirable but the people and project management skills of the Group Head of Internal IT are the focus for this role.

The IT Manager / Group Head of Internal IT will be responsible for Product and Service Definition, Programme Management re time lines and road maps, day to day execution management, defining team process and structure, people development and vendor and License Management. The successful IT Manager / Group Head of Internal IT will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of IT products and services such as networks, security, e-mail servers, cloud environments, providing a help desk service, etc... The successful IT Manager / Group Head of Internal IT will have experience of Managing a Team and Programme Management as well as Vendor Management.
