Deanston Cooper’s client, a highly professional groundworks contractor, has a current requirement for a Site Engineer to work on residential and commercial groundworks projects in the Dundee area

The Site Engineer will only expected to work on 1 or 2 projects at any given time and as a growing company there are great opportunities for career development in the future.

As Site Engineer, duties include:

• Setting out
• Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with contract drawings and specification
• Being familiar with and applying procedures and processes detailed in project Health, Safety & Environmental plans and promoting a safe working culture
• Anticipating and resolving problems, in particular related to engineering issues

Applications are welcome from candidates qualified to a minimum of HNC level in Civil Engineering who have gained experience working as a Site Engineer on commercial / residential groundworks or general civils projects. You will be at a level where you are able to prioritise time and work largely unsupervised. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
