Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for a Land Surveyor to work for a residential groundworks contractor based in Livingston.

Undertaking topographic surveys and working with their growing fleet of GPS enabled plant, duties include:

• Maintaining Site GPS networks
• Calibrating GPS excavation plant
• Planning fieldwork methods
• Undertaking topographic & control surveys
• Processing site acquired data
• Volumetric calculations
• Creating & providing reports
• Onsite Client liaison

• Are proficient with CAD software
• Are experienced in GPS Machine Control
• Are experienced in GPS Site Calibrations
• Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to operate effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have good problem-solving skills
