Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for a Multi Utility Operations Manager to join a highly successful, privately owned contractor based in Livingston.

Duties include:
- Taking responsibility and initiative for the smooth running of the Multi-Utility Installation operations
- Planning, installing, commissioning and signing off of all utility installations
- Providing effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, site supervision, monitoring project costs, and ensuring client needs are met
- Liaising with all other company departments to ensure operations budgets and utility company specifications are met
- Maintaining strong relationships with any third-parties (developers, suppliers, accreditation bodies) to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of products and services
- Driving sales and business goals
- Providing outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximise work output and work quality
- Identifying patterns and problem areas, and implementing effective solutions to increase efficiency
- Reporting regularly to the Managing Director on business performance
