Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for a Bid Team Quantity Surveyor to work within the Estimating Department of a highly successful, privately owned main contractor based in the South Side of Glasgow.

Working on a range of new build, refurb and fit out projects up to £5 million in the value, the main function of this role is to produce a comprehensive Bill of Quantities from Engineer’s / Architect’s drawings to allow the Estimators to price the tender.

Applications are welcome from candidates qualified to HNC / HND / Degree level in Quantity Surveying. Ideally you will have experience working in a PQS firm although other backgrounds will be considered. You will need to be a team player but also able to work on your own initiative.
