Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for a Marketing & Proposals Manager to work for a well established, rapidly expanding, privately owned main contractor based in the South Side of Glasgow. 

Duties include:

• Working alongside the Director and Estimating Department to prepare and submit PQQ's and tenders.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Website and social media updates
• Designing / ordering corporate information
• Corporate event management
• Managing the company's CRM system and producing weekly / monthly reports for Directors
• Representing the company internally / externally and attending corporate events

• At least 3 years marketing experience gained within a construction environment
• In-depth PQQ/tender experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working with stakeholders and managing their expectations
