Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a highly successful regional main contractor. Initial project will be the £5 million conversion of an office block in Glasgow City Centre into 70 one and two bedroom flats.  

Applications are welcome from candidates from a degree qualified or trades background, who have gained experience working at Project Manager level for another building main contractor. Ideally you will have previous flatted development experience and be focussed on delivering a quality, snag free product. You will be motivated, dynamic and commercially aware, with an acute awareness of what needs to be achieved to bring projects in on time and on budget.
