Deanston Cooper’s client is a leading Scottish main contractor specialising in new build and refurb projects up to £5 million. Due to continued success and expansion, they are now looking to supplement their existing team with the recruitment of an additional Site Manager.

The successful candidate be responsible for managing refurb / fit out projects across the Central Belt up to £1.5 million in value.

Applications are welcome from candidates from either a degree qualified or trades background, who have gained experience working at Site Manager level working for a building main contractor. You will be motivated, dynamic and commercially aware, with an acute awareness of what needs to be achieved to bring projects in on time and on budget.
