Deanston Cooper’s client, an extremely busy, privately owned civil engineering & groundworks contractor, has a current requirement for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on residential projects across the Central Belt.

Working as part of a dynamic team, duties include:

• Managing post contract commercial tasks on a variety of projects
• Preparing interim valuations and final accounts
• Procurement and cost control of subcontractors and specialised suppliers
• Liaising with operational staff to ensure efficient, cost effective site practice
• Client liaison

Applications are welcome from candidates qualified to a minimum of HND level in Quantity Surveying who have gained previous groundworks experience. You will however need to be at a level where you are able to run your own projects and work largely unsupervised. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
