Deanston Cooper's client, a highly successful engineering contractor focussed on infrastructure improvements and capital maintenance projects across both clean and waste water, have a current requirement for a Senior Project Manager

This is largely an office based role in Glasgow with duties including:

• Management of site based Project Managers and Site Managers
• Planning project delivery to meet contractual and industry standards
• Organising project resources so that suitable resources are available to deliver projects on time and defect free
• Monitoring the implementation of the QA system for quality control and reviewing the program with the site staff
• Taking corrective actions to improve the financial and commercial returns
• Coordinating with commercial staff to ensure the resources, supply chain and contractual opportunities can be utilised to maximise returns
• Stakeholder management
• Taking action to enhance client relationships
• Monitoring safety on site and feedback learning’s into the business.

• A minimum qualification of HNC Civil Engineering
• Experience working at Project Manager / Senior Project Manager level for another civil engineering contractor
• Excellent knowledge of safety and environmental legislation
• Positive and proactive approach to problem solving
