Deanston Cooper's client, a highly successful and extremely busy, privately owned main contractor has an opportunity for Project Managers to work on new build commercial / industrial / retail projects up to £7 million in value.

This is an exciting time to be joining the company which due to recent project wins has recently opened a new regional office in the North West and they would be keen to speak to candidates who are based in either the Cheshire, Liverpool or Manchester areas.

Applications are welcome from candidates from a degree qualified or trades background, who have gained experience working at Site Manager or Project Manager level on new build projects for another building main contractor. You will be motivated, dynamic and commercially aware, with an acute awareness of what needs to be achieved to bring projects in on time and on budget. CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are a must.
