H&S Advisor - Civils Contractor
Deanston Cooper's client, a leading civil engineering contractor, has a current requirement for a Regional Health and Safety Advisor to be based out of their office in Cheshire.
The successful candidate will use their experience and a first class attitude to deliver briefings, toolbox talks and site safety audits. You will participate in project safety meetings and input to safety plans and improvements. You will help to eliminate accidents and incidents and if required investigate any unplanned events to determine route causes and improvement actions. You will be familiar with the practical application of safety management systems and UK and European Health & Safety Legislation.
Applications are welcome from candidates with:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years Practical Health and Safety experience on site
- Experience of working on building or civil engineering projects
