Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for Site Engineers at all levels to work for one of the UK's leading civils and build contractors.

Successful applicants will initially be based on an 18 month water pipeline project in the Cumbria area. Subsequent projects with the company can either be based in the Central Belt of Scotland or England, dependent on candidate requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning & management of site construction works
• Weekly review & time planning
• Developing & reviewing safe systems of work (RA/MS)
• Liaison with Client representative
• Control & supervision of Site Engineers
• Control & supervision of Labour & Subcontract operations
• Control of H&S, Quality & Environmental performance
• Control of works / section programme
• Works measurement & reconciliation
• Implementing H&S management processes 

Applications are welcome from candidates qualified to a minimum level of HNC Civil Engineering who have gained at least 18 months experience working for another civils contractor. You will be self motivated, able to take responsibility for your own workload and have excellent problem solving and communication skills.
